I love Versace. They’re not the most artistic or groundbreaking house but they do offer a lot of quality fragrances that are really affordably prized and punch well above their price tag. They also have a bit more integrity and restraint than other houses and people don’t give them credit for that. Armani, JPG and Paco Rabanne release and rerelease a dozen flankers every year while Versace only releases a new men’s fragrance every couple years. Even Eros, which is a line that could have been milked to death only has a couple flankers and they only started releasing them a couple years back. With Versace it seems like when they release something they want it to stick around and don’t want to just release something disposable that is gonna get replaced in a year, and these days that can’t be said for a lot of designers, especially ones with fragrances this cheap.

Relegating these fragrances as “teenager fragrances“ is absurd, especially since you have consistently touted fragrances, such as Invictus, Aqua, Mont Blanc legend spirit, Light Blue Intense, YSL Y EDP.

makes me really happy seeing the dreamer get some love. People look over it a lot because it's cheaper but it's one of the most unique scents I've smelt ever. I prefer it over Eros and Eros Flame, too with how unique it smells. The synthetic-ness goes away rather quickly so it just envelops you in the rich tonka bean and tobacco goodness that I absolutely adore. It's also a huge compliment getter as everyone mostly goes with the fresh and aquatic scents and The Dreamer is an instant switcheroo with it's sensuality and sweetness

I smelled the Atelier Collection (Versace’s Private Line) in Milan, and each of those fragrances were better than any other Versace fragrance I ever smelled. I really think Omar should do a review on them.

I own 4 Versace fragrances. Pour Homme , great for those high heat summer days. Dylan Blue, great dumb reach fragrance for most seasons / signature scent Eros EDP, Eros Flame EDP. All get worn occasionally throughout the year

Versace is my favourite brand. They have a fragrance for everything, the performance is good, the smells nice, and their price at discounters is amazing. They are the best value fragrances you can get

My s/o has them all but I love the Dreamer on him the most ngl. Sweet powdery floral aromatic laundry type smell. Smells classy and cozy at the same time. Smells like a romantic restaurant date with a mature masculine man... and waking up from a lazy sunday afternoon nap cuddling in a clean bed at the same time.

It got reformulated, and your description matches the 2010s version. I blind bought it and I absolutely love it ! The top, which I'm not a total fan of, is a 90's aromatique fougère, a bit like Drakkar Noir to me. Then it settles with very calming notes of linen and iris (very discrete but stays with the base). The base is a very nice tobacco flower and amber accord instead of tobacco and tonka bean (which I would have disliked). I feel like the first 15 minutes can be headache inducing, but the rest is so nice and relaxing.

For many people all these positive opinions regarding Versace Pour Homme EDT will probably be boring, but perfumery in it is just magnificent. I really appreciate perfumer's skills in it. Olfactory profiles' construction is horribly difficult. Here you will find balance perfection.

@MarcBchannel it projects pretty killer at first but after a few hours it's dies down. Just put a generous amount and it will last alot longer. Pour homme was actually my first real fragrance I ever used and the amount of compliments i got from women is what made me love the world of fragrance. Definitely recommended getting at least a small bottle
