Thank you for this video! When I'm sleepy during the day, I drink tea, I take vitamin D, I watch interesting videos on KZbin, I chew gum, I eat chocolate or some other sweets, and/or I listen to fun, upbeat music. Our neighborhood is quiet and I never hear my neighbors from inside my house, except maybe on the 4th of July (because of their fireworks). Even when people have a party or gathering outside of their homes, they keep the music down so as not to disturb anyone else.

لما أنا نعسان عادة السبب انو مستوى السكر بالدم يكون عالي بعد وجبة فبعمل رياضة شوي و ما بحس النعس. جيراني نسبة هاديين بس بتخيل انو بالشرق الأوسط الناس ما بتحترم غير الناس و بتتصرف بالطريق مزعج . هادا ممكن يكون صورة النمطية. عفوا.
