They speak so fast. When you slowed everything down, every word I understood and knew. I love listening to podcast, but after watching this, maybe they're not enough.

Same with me. But the trick is keep learning and don't be in a haste to compare with native or advance speakers. As you learn, it's continually being wired into your head and before you know it, voila! I tend to understand more of what everyday people are saying than those in the movies though.
