please solve my problem i am mentioning here , i have downloaded a structure from pubchem and prepare it with lig prep after opening it by maestro. i open phase for develop pharmacophore hypothesis .i did the same thing like as you but job is died . every times i am attempting the job is error . but why please let me know about that

SchrödingerTV in error report it shows that for writing Php archive I need two active groups. I have valid license. others products of schrodinger is running. would u mind give me an example of structure. what types of structure can be developed with phase. if I put pharmacopohore modeling from single ligand then I can.job is running then and gives me result. but I am putting such a structure which has twi active ligand but it's not working. if I have license problem, how it gives me result for single ligand

For your tutorial I am watching that there are so many active ligand but I have just one. if I import it from lig prep it barely two. just help me in case
