Not only Americans of color I am 80 yo, and cannot take pharmaceuticals, because I have adverse reactions. Deschedulung is nice, but I cannot use it in federally subsidized housing for elders pain or sleep because it is STILL ILLEGAL! DJT has given all of us PTSD. This is a bad tease for me💔. I’m gonna have to risk losing my apartment, because I’m not gonna use Pharma. Also too, corporations are not farmers.

I’m in the same situation as you if it’s federally legalized or state legalized you will most like not have to be on probation anymore or they will stop testing for thc and for your record question it’s completely up to the courts but most likely it will be expunged especially if it’s only a MJ offense and not anything else that’s more severe you should have no problem getting it expunged, lots of judges and DA’s are becoming lenient with MJ offenses
