About time for a mega comparison of the new gravity oriented tires that have come out in the last few years. Get the Assegai, Wild Endruo, Mazza, Kryptotal/Argotal, Cannibal, Griffus, Tacky Chan, Big Betty, etc. into the same test.

I heard in a couple reviews now how it compares to the magic marry, but not really how it compares to the Big Betty, even tho it was developed from that tire. So it would be really nice in the long review to give an overview in which scenarios and terrain which tyre would excel, the marry vs. betty vs. chan.

As a front tire, I feel it REALLY struggles in the dry. My Conti Kryptotal and Maxxis Assegai far outperform them. Looking forward to try it in the rear and go back to the Conti Kryptotal front. I’m saying that, I was really happy with the Xynotal rear, so it has its work cut out for it.

Even MM has its Problems in the more loose dry, it does handle Everything Else rly well tho!

How does it compare to Eddy Current (my all-time favorite go-to)? The tough part of assessing any tire is the performance when it is brand new (freshie) and how it continues to perform long term, at least around 50% wear. It will always feel pretty amazing when new and have to block out any potential preconceived notions is even more difficult. Eventual long term review being considered? Is there a front and rear treaded version? How does it perform in wet conditions? Tread/nobby spacing looks like they would shed mud pretty well with the

Forgive me if I sound silly but isit rear tyre specific? I run the big Betty rear magic Mary front, was looking to try a new front tyre, love the big Betty been using it on the back since they came out.

No. It sounds like many of the racers will use them as rear primarily and only on the front when trail type warrants it.

Ive never ridden a prototype Commencal DH bike with prototype rubber I think they should have leaned allot harder on who and how it was tested and sent you out on one, braapp. That's dream. You tested it on a ebike and im wonder is it good without inserts one one or what? Im a 2.6 Ebiker because everyone lies about their girth.
