A person can be addicted to almost anything, banning them is never the answer. In the case of PUBG, as you said most people use it as a means of escape from their real life problems... Especially students who are unhappy with their lives in schools or colleges. For me it was the opposite was happening. My professional life was ruining my personal life. PUBG made me take a break and helped me relax. So it really depends on your situation. I stopped PUBG after Pulwama though. Didn't feel right to play it after that.

The ultimate comment and my personal experience..... you just want to improve and become better day to day.... i was also addicted as i was playing this game with dedication from season 2..... but when my class 9th marksheet came i just regretted so badly that i cried for hours (as i was a topper in class 6,7,8)..... then i tried to understand the psychology behind this game...... it is competitive and demands skills and very fun also.... that's why people starts grinding their skill and waste their loads of time (being unaware about what will happen in future)... studying and getting a good job also demands time and grinding skill but people prefer pubg instead just because pubg is more fun, pubg requires comparatively less time, pushing ranks make them feel happy, getting outfits make their character attractive and soooo on...... i m not saying that improving skills in any game is wrong but you know that it will give nothing in your future, you are not gonna earn a single penny!!! (Possibly you could earn by playing scrims etc... but that money isn't enough to make you rich cuz i know being rich is everyone's ultimate goal☺).... let's say you got better and better and pushed to conquer, then what??!!! You will have nothing but regret... even if you are in a well known gaming team your future is not secure !!!! Even Professional players keep changing their teams as they struggle for money...... SO NOW YOU DECIDE WHETHER YOU WANT TO EARN THAT LITTLE MONEY, SATISFACTION, PLEASURE etc.... OR YOU WANT TO STUDY HARD FOR SOME YEARS AND THEN BECOME RICH AND LIVE A HAPPY LIFE.... (then you could play games too!! And even spend your money in it with ease as you are earning😉😉😉......) THIS GAME WOULD NEVER END SO IF YOU THINK THAT "THIS SEASON I HAVEEEE TO PUSH CONQUERER😠😠" YOU ARE JUST RUINING YOUR FUTURE LIFE....... THAT'S IT, IT WAS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE......
