Science Proves Socialite Isn’t Responsible for Ex’s Death: Defense

Opening statements were made Tuesday in the trial against New England socialite Penelope McGee. The socialite’s defense explained to the judge that “science” proves there is no way McGee can be held responsible for the death of her ex-husband, Andrew Savitz. McGee’s defense attorney also claimed that the Commonwealth’s star witness, the couple’s daughter, gave “varying stories” to investigators and therefore, she is not a reliable witness.

That’s crazy that they brought charges against her. So if someone gets in an argument with a spouse and they die not from being pushed and cracking their head, but they fall down from a heart attack, you go to jail? That’s CRAZY! Only in Massachusetts.

I think both of them were heated and pushing each other. He knew he was well and had cardiac issues. He should have went into his room called the cops to have her removed. So she’s not guilty of manslaughter at all. Maybe assault
