I had to research this subject for my English writing, and the page of the assignment does not even explain what it is, if they are going to put a topic like this as a final writing, I am not getting the proficiency(English level paper). Sadly they choose subjects like these, which depend on outside knowledge as well, so your video was truly helpful, quick, and easy to understand, helped me a lot, good work man.

just a question do humans take the e coli bacteria since they already have the rdna or e coli bacteria produce out insulin

Coli bacteria after is colonised produce insulin and then this is taken from them to cure the diabetic people

Yes actually. Restriction enzymes are infact called as molecular scissors because they act like scissors and break the bonds (cut) the plasmid dna into pieces
