The sunnah you have today comes from those who tortured Prophet Mohammad PBUH, the Ahl-e-Bait and Hazrat Ali (as). Abu Sufyan, Muawiya and cursed Yazid are from the same family, father and children. Abu Sufyan fought against Prophet Mohammad PBUH before converting to Islam. Muawiya fought against Hazrat Ali (as). And Yazid lanti fought against and martyred Hazrat Hussain (as) grandson of our Hazrat Mohammad SAW. Now the question is you know history is written by the victors of war and political power. Why do you follow them rather than the spiritual successors of Islam after Prophet Mohammad PBUH, the Ahl-e-Bait? Are the murderers and torturers of the Family of the Prophet PBUH, more worthy of being followed? Than the family (Ahl-e-Bait) themselves who made so many sacrifices for Alalh?

He doesn't follow sunnah! Well you can't say that bro/sis. What is a sunnah? The things and stuffs our prophet(saww) did. And I ask you, who followed the prophet most? The answer is his holy family . If we are following the Ahlul bait, doesn't it mean we are following the prophet. Hence we are following sunnah? Doesn't it make sense?

Quran Sura 5 Ayat 117 : Prophet Jesus is dead , Nabi Esa is not coming back second time, Therefore stories related to Imam Mehdi and Nabi Esa are false, Mehdi never will never come !
