I asked an engineer also, just to get a balanced opinion, and he agreed that engineering is vastly superior to science and that physicists cant do anything without engineers. I agree, banning engineers is always a good idea. Not just arcades, pretty much everywhere. ;-)

(QALVPN) is it possible to check to see what IP's KZbin is blocking for comments? To comment i have to turn Qal off then back on when I'm done. I know my other VPN does this because KZbin, NetFlix, and others buy up the VPN IP's to block them from having access to not be able to trigger different areas and "Game the System" for region locks.

I hate the claw machine, did not know it was a scam as a kid and it cost me some valuable pocket money:) Lesson learned though. Still annoying, it looks like a game of skill, but it is not, I think it should be illegal, but oh well.

The basketball seems cool but too many variables for set up. What if its not oriented the right way for the prongs to catch the rim? What if it lands upside down? What if you deploy it on a bad shot and break something? if youre good enough to throw a ball perfectly oriented, perfectly centered for the prongs in order to cheat youre probably good enough to just get a high score

I assume since there's only two rods it can just get caught on one axis, and and flip by the other axis, and I assume the deploy side is weighted, so that side will always flip facing down- Or at least that's how I imagine it

Mark is an amazing engineer and great entertainer. but i can't really think of any videos i have watched where he goes into details about science. maybe some chemistry here and there depending on the project. but he tends to keep the science details light and the story/engineering in the forefront. where you may find more details is when he makes "making of" or behind the scenes type videos where he explains everything that goes into it. now if you want cool engineering with almost too much detail then I would check out Destin over on the Smarter Every Day channel(s). some other great channels are AlphaPhoenix and Applied Science for a lot of really cool science. there are too many to name without this just becoming a list of people. and maybe you already know these channels but if not you should check them out sometime.
