I was so confused for 99% of this. I think the back and forth in time didn’t really work and the use of numbers as names and generations shouldn’t have used the same numbers (ie: first, second, third) A more clear explanation of what the scientists were doing and how much time has passed between each period would have greatly helped. It might have been lost in translation or by condensing it for the recap but I have the feeling it was supposed to be the kind of movie that only comes together at the end…. And failed

@@filmcrop The revelation of cloning finally made me understand what the heck was going on and having the flash back for that worked. I think because I was confused I missed important details in the story but maybe I just need to watch the actual movie and pay better attention.

Yep...and people were smarter and more innovative before public schooling became a thing. Everyone had their area of expertise based on personal (hands-on) experience. The main point of our current schooling system is not education...but rather indoctrination (through propaganda) and obedience training.

"Naslediye" It is a TV series in Russian called "Naslediye", finally found it on IMDB as I could not find "Legacy" from 2022. Not a movie, AND it is in Russian, so that counts me out, I won't be watching it.
