If I do not know the process of digestion would I stop eating ?? I am a Homeopathic doctor practicing in India treating minimum 30 patients a day (including All types of chronic diseases including approx 5-6 patients of present pandemic) successfully. Why would I be so interested to know the incompetence of science who is not able to explain how Homeopathy works. Most of the chronic diseases are curable with Homeopathy. But they are stamped by main stream medicine as incurable. Main stream medicines are very very limited in action as you can see in the present pandemic. They are busy experimenting several type of drugs on patients without any significant effect. It all started with HCq and now a days remdesivir. None of them are scientific, no evidence, but still being used.

@@simstar6557 Oh, no, again with your same blog copy-paste. Let's see, all the statements you express boil down to three things: the alleged "implausibility", the "lack of efficacy", the "low quality" of the evidence and the "pseudoscience status". This statements can be debunked easily! 2013: "To return to the crossword analogy: there is evidence for the primary entry (homeopathy is not merely a placebo effect). This seems incompatible with intersecting entries, particularly those concerning possible mechanisms of action of very high dilutions. There is evidence, with replication including in multicentre experiments and independent replications, that ultra-molecular dilutions can exert biological effects. The fact that the mediator of these effects is currently unknown is valid ground for scepticism but not for extreme, yet vague, claims that homeopathy overturns much of existing knowledge. The suggestion that the homeopathic preparation process might transmit information no more contradicts established scientific laws than does the storage of information, by physical rather than chemical processes, in a magnetic medium." 2016: "It follows that quantum effects coming from vacuum fluctuations leading to coherent domains formation should really needed to be taken seriously into account before attempting modeling liquid water properties. Neglecting the influence of the vacuum and the coherence domains structure in the presence of nanobubbles should then be responsible for the contradictory and controversial results reported in past literature where the exact status of dissolved gases were not studied." 2017: "In our present review, we have examined the tautopathic hypothesis that a homeopathic potency or dilution of a pathogenic agent can induce, stimulate or support ameliorative, protective or reparative functions and adaptations in organisms, organs or tissues that have been infected, injured or poisoned by that agent. Based on our review, hundreds of studies (not all of which are cited here) have been conducted to support this hypothesis." 2018: "Homeopathy is a controversial field of study, so much that it has even been considered by some philosophers of science as a fraud. The question of homeopathy as pseudoscience can be approached with at least two strategies: a) evaluating the main arguments of so-called skeptics of “pseudoscience”, and b) discussing the main demarcation criteria between science or pseudoscience proposed by the philosopher Mario Bunge. We take both approaches and will discuss some points to favor or against homeopathy. Since the beginning, Bunge’s demarcation was considered as the most reliable “evidence” against homeopathy. A primary goal of this article is to provide some examples to illustrate the debate. At the end, this article demonstrates that the Bunge’s demarcation is an act of faith that is ultimately completely invalid in comparison to the contemporary growing body of scientific evidence. On the basis of the discussion presented in the article, the Bunge’s demarcation must not be used to provide any definitive categorizations." 2018: "This bibliographic review w as conducted through search Scholar Google by typing these words: homeopathy, homeopathy remedies and water´s memory. Thirty original articles and 15 bibliographic reviews were chosen for the word homeopathy; 26 original articles and 12 bibliographic reviews for the combination of words homeopathy remedies, as well as 30 original articles and 10 bibliographic reviews for the combination of words water´s memory. Those 123 references were analyzed to check the ones that would be useful for the achievement of the article’s objective, choosing those that appear as bibliographical references. Development: the theory of homeopathy, the diseases’ causes and the way to prepare homeopathic medicine are tackled. Also some research about homeopathy in the world is analyzed, where the existence of favorable results to homeopathic products can be noticed. Besides, possible mechanisms of action of homeopathy are explained and some reasons for which some people are septic with homeopathic medicine are showed." 2018: "Thus it can be concluded from the above studies that homeopathic medicines reaches nano-scale range by potentization, i.e., serial dilution with systematic succussion." 2020: "Thus, the present study reported by the authors, shows through research and tests carried out, that the use of homeopathy is a treatment that can lead to the improvement of individuals in viral conditions, in addition to becoming a cheaper method, and with reduction or absence of adverse effects in relation to the allopathic method in the most used antiretroviral treatment today." 2020: "In conclusion, evidence for the effectiveness of human and veterinary homeopathy in general, and in particular, of homeopathic treatment for infections, is available. Especially, individualized homeopathy demonstrates effects at all quality levels according to Cochrane criteria, even in the methodologically high-quality studies. As in most areas of veterinary medicine and medicine, further good/excellent studies are necessary." 2020: "Highly diluted medicines in Homeopathy have been a controversial subject among health professional. Potencies above Avogadro’s number were suspected nothing more than placebo. But now, it has been proved from various studies that Homeopathic remedies still contain starting drug material in the form of Nano-particles even at high dilutions. So, there needs to be a paradigm shift in considering Homeopathic medicines mere a placebo effect after 12 C potency. This explains the mechanism, how homeopathy works when potencies cross Avogadro’s number apparently." 2020: "This review article concluded that Homeopathic Arnica Montana (both oral and topical) is an effective remedy in reducing pain, swelling, and ecchymosis in post-traumatic cases. Arnica as a single remedy or in the form of combination with other Homeopathic remedies showed good results. After reviewing all the research articles, we concluded that few studies failed to prove the efficacy of homeopathic remedy Arnica in future, methodologically strong studies should be conducted. More randomized placebo controlled studies should be conducted to evaluate the efficacy of Arnica Montana in cases other than post-traumatic issues." 2020: "In the past decades, opposition of medical authorities to homeopathy has increased, despite growing RCT evidence. Kuhn concluded that the paradigmatic base of scientific authority prohibits recognition of another paradigm. Several fallacies are applied to reverse positive evidence into negative". 2021: "Há na história, e persistem até os dias atuais, diversos estudiosos e influenciadores mundiais que contribuíram à introdução, explanação médica e popular e oficialização da prática homeopática, com pesquisas e publicações científicas, entre outras defesas e atividades correlacionadas, em prol do emprego desta ciência como tratamento da integralidade sintomática do indivíduo ou em caráter epidemiológico em populações." 2021: "The mathematical approach is utilized here in order to enhance/reinforce/explain mathematically the experimental findings. Thus, the belief that there is nothing from starting materials but only the solvent in ultra high diluted succussed solution products solutions after 12ch potency is not valid. However, these ultra-highly diluted succussed medicinal products are manufactured in such a way, that approaches theories which would be capable to interpret/support, fully and deeply, our experimental findings, such as fractal and Shannon information (entropy) theories." 2021: "The experimental evidence indicates that the highly potentized homeopathic preparations, that is, diluted beyond the Avogadro limit, exhibit physicochemical properties different from the control of un-potentized samples. This could be possible because of an increase in the solvent’s molecular dynamics for the potentized preparation."

Mont.-30c, 200c; Anacardium Orientalis-30c and 200c.So, influence of medicine on water structure is undeniable" 2013: "At the end of this twenty-year research on high dilutions, I have reached the conviction that such disturbances not only exist but can persist in the ultramolecular range beyond 12c. My conviction is based on the reproducible observation of an increase in the T1/T2 ratio as a function of dilution, never observed in controls submitted to strictly similar dilution/agitation process. Moreover, analyses of data restricted to the highest levels of dilutions (>6c, 9c, 12c) ruled out any potential interference from the most concentrated samples" 2015: "Actually by the existence of cluster nanostructures which are in entangled state in homeopathic water preparations, the effect of steady homeopathic influence of these preparations on alive organisms are explained" 2015: "Both the presence of sulphur as well as succussion phenomenon is responsible for the variation of the physicochemical properties of these homoeopathic formulations" 2019: "Evidence suggests that each homeopathic medicine is a complex multi-component, core-shell and/or doped nano-structured system ranging in sizes from 1 to 100 nm in diameter and exhibiting properties of self-organization, self-similarity, and emergence" 2020: "A novel method is proposed for processing oxide powders with the structure of Aurivillius phases of Bi3TiNbO9 which results in an increase in the piezoelectric modulus of high-temperature ceramics produced from them. This method is based on the ultra high dilution of the original powders. It is easy to use, does not require expensive doping with high-purity materials, and does not add significant costs" 2020: "Homeopathy, trying to bring the patient to that state of physical, social and psychological well-being, which is indefinable and unconscious. Homeopathic prophylaxis in Cuba has set high the principles of Community Medicine and once again demonstrates the broad vision of a Cuban socialist healthcare system" 2021: "This suggests that physicochemical properties expressed in the buffering capacity of ultra-high aqueous dilutions may be related to their structural heterogeneity" 2021: "Water has been anomalous, and scientific understanding about it is increasing. Further, the activities of nature at the nanoscale are now becoming more evident. The biological activity of serially diluted succussed solutions, even beyond the physical presence of solute, now seems scientifically plausible"

It would be great if Sim Star would have read the study. Some examples: "By contrast, a meta- analysis of registered RCTs did not show a statistically significant difference between homeopathy and placebo (SMD: −0.14, 95% CI −0.35 to 0.07)." Of course, it's Mathie's metaanalysis published in 2017 on non-individualized homeopathy: "Second, our example is based on a single meta- analysis on non- individualised homeopathic treatments that might not be applicable to individualised homeopathy". Why didn't they analyze the three reliable studies from the 2014 meta-analysis of individualized homeopathy? They confirm that their meta-analysis did not give a statistically significant value between registered and unregisterd studies: "Meta- regression revealed that the difference in effect sizes between registered and unregistered studies did not reach statistical significance (difference in SMDs: 0.39, 95% CI −0.09 to 0.87)". Wow, a study finding that there is some publication bias in homeopathy trials. Is that really new? The lead author did not discover anything new, even in an interview he said: "Compared to earlier years, "the registration of trials assessing homeopathy has definitely improved," Gartlehner said". Clinical trials in conventional medicine do not report their results within 12 months; whereas 62% of all registered homeopathy trials reach publication! So in homeopathy trials primary outcome bias only occurs 25% of the time, and over time that bias has gone down. The reporting bias in conventional medicine is 43%! Overall, the findings suggest a concerning lack of scientific and ethical standards in the field of conventional medicine and very high high risk for reporting bias. Conventional medicine trials is probably the clearest modern day example of junk medicine still around, and as this new research suggests, so too is the science meant to support it. Sorry for SimStar.
@simstar6557
@simstar6557 2 жыл бұрын
Actual text....... 25% is outright manipulation, not bias. Purry can't read science. almost 38% of registered homeopathy trials have remained unpublished, and 53% of published randomised controlled trials (RCTs) have not been registered. Retrospective registration was more common than prospective registration. Furthermore, 25% of primary outcomes were altered or changed compared with the registry. Although we could detect a statistically significant trend toward an increase of registrations of homeopathy trials (p=0.001), almost 30% of RCTs published during the past 5 years had not been registered. Conclusions Registration of published trials was infrequent, many registered trials were not published and primary outcomes were often altered or changed. This likely affects the validity of the body of evidence of homeopathic literature and may overestimate the true treatment effect of homeopathic remedies.

Nice that seven scientists tell me THAT it works, but if you want to convince me, then tell me how it works. How does a potion with on average 1 out of 10^60 molecules of cure in water work, if 18.016 gram water has only about 6.02214 * 10^23 molecules. And don't tell me the water 'remembers' the the working molecule, because I don't think drinking water that was earlier used to flush feces down the toilet would be healthy to drink if it 'remembered' that even after being treated in a wastewater treatment plant. Also, if taking less of a substance increases it's efficiency, then shouldn't we all take less vitamins and minerals? Or did I miss something there?

You just played up Linde as well, Padawan. Ullman makes similar - even, perhaps, extreme claims for the importance of the Linde 1994 metaanalysis (Linde K, et al, Critical review and meta-analysis of serial agitated dilutions in experimental toxicology, Human and experimental toxicology, 1994). He claims that it is a "major" meta-analysis, published in a major journal on numerous occasions. However, the journal is the same one as the Cazin study; the article is only cited by two (TWO) other studies in all of Pubmed [23]. Places you would expect to find a major metaanalysis do not include it, and it is not generally available, with even companies making volumes of Human and Experimental Toxicology available not offering issues back that far.
