Great, great, AMAZING summary of the green vols administrative nonsense. This is one of the reasons why scientology is dying and other organizations like the LDS church evolved, modernized and are surviving and thriving financially. If you feel frustration and anger just hearing Chris talk about it - well, now you KNOW why staff members and SO members end up being so violent so frequently. The pressure and the sheer irrationality of the system makes people lash out. One of the ways they lash out is, surprise-surprise, VIOLENCE!
