How are you finding the gem/pulls income after playing for a few weeks now?

It seems fine as long as you keep progressing. And I have everything in the game already. With enough time between new banners. I'm free2play too so I'm satisfied on that end.

This is annoying. I got demoted by my own Guild I have created. I was active in the game too
