Use Power Saver Mode for getting GP, it's notably more efficient than selling accessories. It runs server-side, so you can set it up before you go to school/work/sleep/whatever and come back to easy GP and materials (though if you're just getting started, it'll probably be easier to set the Hyperbolic Arena to only the basic material, which you'll still need a lot of anyway).

What element bracelets do you recommend for non-element characters? Do you always go same element or is there a benefit to putting like fire bracelets on an ice character?

Next memoria is not that great and for now you can run any team and enjoy 80-90% of the game I'd say. You can spend on the Step up banner. If you are really meta pull for Seiko SS2 and/or Aoi SS1 with the beginner banners. Some S rank is greater then SSs

I'm not saving because all of the units I like are actually in the game already. And the ones that I want in the future are all recent stuff. Like Angel beats and the tagteam units. We won't see them for a long time.

if you're planning to play this game for a long time while being f2p , try to aim for lightning team comp, in near future banner we should get our first and probably one and only staple ST Lightning DPS which is Maid Aoi after that you should aim for Sharlote SS2 which is the most broken debuffer for lightning team comp. Sharlotte ss2 is the main reason you should aim for Lightning team comp, she is one of the unit that can outright strip enemy elemental resist (in this case lightning element) and slap on lightning elemental weakness permanently so you dont have to pull for other elemental DPS and if you do reroll for ss2 Seika and also get her ss1 she is very great with lightning team comp too.

Should I max level everyone before revert?

I usually wait until lvl 110. Because the revert is barely noticeable at that level
