Scissor Arms might put F2P Gimmick Puppets in the Top 5 F2P Decks list.
Scissor Arms, the F2P version of Condolence Puppet, gives the deck target protection by sending Bisque Doll to the GY without even using the skill. After getting the target protection, you can use the skill Relinquished Puppet to safely summon Des Troy without being interrupted.
Summoning Scissor Arms is a great turn 1 play. Mill Bisque Doll, set Pulse Mines or Hallowed Life Barrier and pass. At the start of your next turn, you can immediately banish Bisque Doll for target protection, then OTK safely.
