"You can also use a wet kitchen towel." My question is why didn't you? This is in no way a complaint about you, your technique, your videos or the food. I so enjoy your videos! You make everything look easy to follow and yummy 😋 😋 😋 And your voice is lovely to listen to. BUT YOU HAVE TO STOP WITH THE ONE USE PLASTICS! PLEASE! (I'm not yelling. All caps for emphasis) You used about 2-3' of something you have to throw out after one use, with abandon. I'm begging you to please do your small part and not use plastic wrap. There are so many alternatives out there, like a wet kitchen towel. I've been cooking for 60 years~that's six zero 😁 and in order to do my small part I haven't bought plastic wrap in 15 years.
