Sir what is the difference between case study and case scenario? How will be get to know whether it is case study or case scenario and sometimes even skill based question?

Case Studies are usually big questions covering 2-3 concepts together. Case Scenario usually is on just once concept. But there is no such Thumb rule. Bcoz it doesn't matter. You just read the questions and answer as per what is asked. Don't Worry because of classification.

Sir in case study 8 i am bit confuse to chose between six sigma and tqm bcz in both they talk about quality and customet satisfaction so is there any thin line difference which will help us in the exam to select the technique

TQM is a wider concept so it can be mentioned at many places, however when question specifically talks about reducing errors achieving perfection zero error which means the question is on 6 sigma.

Yes you can to some extent, but we need not change the processes rather reduce the waste in every department hence 5S & Six Sigma becomes more relevant. But along with these techniques you can apply BPR
