those 4 were the best Scooby Doo movies along with the Ghoul School! Zombie island and witches ghost were the darkest Scooby Doo movies.

They basically get worse each time. Zombie Island is the best Scooby Doo movie made, up there with Mystery Incorporated as top tier Doo. Witches Ghost is still pretty good and one of the best movies. Alien Invaders gets by on it's love story for Shaggy. Cyber Chase is meh.

Rewatched all these movies for Halloween. Witch's Ghost was my absolute favorite. Cyber Chase is iconic as heck. Alien Invaders was amazingly fun but a bit goofy. Zombie Island honestly made no sense even as a kid and as an adult, its laughably bad.

The best revival era of the franchise we could have ever asked for. This is where the movies should have ended if anything afterwards couldn't hold up the same bar. Afterwards was just crap and the animation got flat and bright when they switched up the tone to make things lighter and the monsters fake again. I thought the live action versions were unnecessary. The "What's New" TV series on the WB was fine, but I wished it followed the darker style of the movies. Mysteries Incorporated was good, but they shouldn't have been teens again. The last twenty years really got crazy with the movies, all of them being trash. "Be Cool" was just trash, "Guess Who" had potential but was "Meh" and the Velma show was just ridiculous and I'm glad that's over. No word on any future projects with the franchise and I hope it's the end. This had been milked long enough.
