the Spooky Space Kook constantly laughs while he tries to kill his foes.

the Witch has the stereotypical personality of an evil Witch and she's constantly cackling. She seems to enjoy scaring and grabbing people.

the Funland Robot seems quite mad often laughing. He seems to be obsessed with tracking down and killing Scooby Doo.

the Tar Monster seems Very nervous and easily surprised. He also gets scared Very easily.

the Headless Specter is constantly laughing trying to find something to attack however due to the fact he's blind he constantly walks Back and forth in pre set paths.

the Ghosts of Captain Moody often moans and warns people of their presence.

the Gargoyle acts Very animalistic and Very aggressive. He seems to enjoy burning things since he cackles whenever he hits something.

Captain Cutler the Ghost diver seems quite mindless, roaming around in set paths, constantly moaning, and only attacking things that walk right in front of him. the Ghost diver also tries to swim when stuck in a bubble possibly due to the fact to his mindless nature.

the Caveman is a primitive neanderthal who was fairly dimwitted that can be snuck past using the lampshade and slippers. It was usually encased in a block of Ice which it smashed Out of once Scooby Doo got near him.

the Tiki Witch Doctor is a both highly aggressive and Very cocky laughing each Time he lands a hit.

the white Ghost Wanders around and moans constantly.

the Creepy Heap from the Deep (the Sea Monster) seems Very childish, he constantly sings childish songs, he commonly uses words like "doggy", and he taunts by saying, "I'm Going to get You nyah nyah nyah nyah!!!" He commonly hides in massive piles of Fish.

Wolfman the Werewolf acted Very savage and animalistic acting Very similar to a wolf. He seems Very territorial constantly walking I in the same area only attacking things that get in his way.

the Zombie seems to be playing dumb, he acts like a mindless Zombie however, when he's looking for Scooby, he seems to have resemble human intelligence despite his Bad memory.

The Funland Robot & Space Kook are definitely the most annoying enemies

the Scarecrow constantly mumbles rarely saying any understandable words. He isn't the brightest often mindlessly wandering around and rarely notices what's Going on despite that he attempts to perform sneak attacks by dropping down from trees however, once on the ground he Just begins mindlessly wandering around as normal only attacking what bumps into him.

the Ghost of the Creeper is Very aggressive running Up to attack foes on sight. He also seem Very simple minded since seemly All he can Say is his own name and when trapped in a bubble, he sucks on his thumb in a somewhat childish manner.

the Native American Witch Doctor (the Ghost of Geronimo) often chants very stereotypical Native Americans chant. Other than the fact he seems to enjoy surprising people he seems like a bland person who States the obvious.
