Scooby Wins Blue is not a god, she cannot control the world she is in and she rarely ever draws something. Mostly it is Steve who seems to have the power to animate the world, rather than blue. So in a painting or drawing she follows the rules of that world. Sure she could jump into a deathmetal album cover and hope it kills Scooby but she cannot control the world. Scooby snakes(snacks) give him powers and he has his own agency to use them. He knows of them and how they work. So she could try to draw something to fight him and he could destroy it because Blue doesn't show any concept of violence at all. Scooby has fought people which means he possesses the knowledge of how to fight and kill. Blue just doesn't have the power to do anything to Scooby aside from maybe changing the location of her own death.

Scooby is as smart as a person. He commonly tricks Shaggy out of food literally by pulling things like "Hey whats that" and pointing over shaggys shoulder and then stealing and eating the sandwich before shaggy turns back. And yes we have seen many times him having his own scooby snacks with him and not being held by anyone else. So yes he would likely have them and know to use them.

James Fisher but the whole point of Gero making the energy absorbing Androids was because of 17 and 18's infinite stamina was too much for him to control. There is no reason to suggest (not is it implied in the series) that 18 has the ability to absorb energy. 17 only gained the ability to do so in GT because he fused with Hell Fighter 17

She could do it in some games, but yeah it isn't a canon ability. Ben later admitted that they were wrong to give her that and that they clocked her speed slower than it should have been. He still stands by the verdict though.

One thing I've come to realize about the Scooby Doo world is that, up until the zombie movie in the 90's(?), all the "monsters" were just some person in a mask. Even in subsequent shows, up to a certain point, the movies had real "monsters," even the live action ones, and the TV shows remained someone in a mask. I haven't watched all the shows all the way through, and haven't watched any newer shows (past the certain point mentioned before), so I couldn't tell you about those.

Can someone point out when it is said Android 18 can absorb energy? As far as I know only androids 19 and 20 could do that, 17 and 18 were infinite energy models but lacked the ability to absorb outside energy. The only time Android 18 is shown with this ability is in the very non canon dragonball xenoverse series, but in the canon of the manga and show I don't remember this ever being stated or shown.
