As fans of both my opinion on ultron vs sigma is the following and it seems to be something that gets overlooked sometimes 1: Sigma is technically an advanced computer Virus... he's powerful enough to take control of OTHER reploids, and at one point even corrupted Zero(albeit zero corrupted him to begin with or perhaps simply unlocked the dormant virus in zero). We aren't talking simple minded basic robots here, Reploids are beyond any robot before them. They are free willed, free thinking, machines that have personalities, thoughts and wills all there own. They are more people then machines... and sigma can OVERRIDE that and rewrite there code... 2: Sigma was built and designed to take on guys like himself every day, he's fought in a war that's been going on for 100's of years now, and in terms of raw battle skill. I can't imagine ultron is anywhere close to that level of raw strength... He is a cut above the rest... and only X and Zero are anywhere close to his martial ability. However... 1: Ultron last i checked had an Adamantium body or stronger, he's virtually indestructible at points in the comics, even if you DID destroy him. He was able to transfer his consciousness into another body. 2: Ultron has an ARMY of himself at his beck and call, fighting him is never about facing just one of him its about an army, and on that note! he's a tactical genius able to pick apart hero weaknesses and exploit them by sending his drones to basically die and learn from it. 3: Ultron is a learning machine, he adapts, learns and creates new strategies and NEVER makes the same mistake twice... in terms of raw intelligence i think he wins... So my own conclusion? Sigma's weapondry wouldn't be able to do much damage to ultron, it'd be like trying to break down a steel wall with a toothpick. But Sigma's a far better martial fighter and i seriously don't think Ultron has the skill to really do much damage, neither of them is going to get tired they are machines and will keep battling endlessly. Sigma and Ultron are both able to learn and adapt new strategies BUT sigma is inferior in this process further he has EMOTIONS! something ultron doesn't so Sigma gets angry, and annoyed and most importantly SIGMA lets his pride get in his way.All to often he is so sure of victory he makes a stupid mistake and pays for it. In the end Ultron will develop a way to kill Sigma, BUT its in this moment that Ultron loses... See Sigma's a Virus capable of infecting and taking over Reploids. Who are in so many ways WAY more advanced then the Phalanx or Ultron himself. Reploids feel joy, saddness, and express individuality. They are so advanced they can paint unique pieces of art, and express themselves THEY fear death, regret choices and most importantly can love, and hate. This is so far beyond what Ultron has ever shown himself capable of... so in my opinion. Sigma infects Ultron and takes hsi body from him, and becomes something else entirely. My own thoughts on the battle...but i've not read archie comic or new marvel comics, so i am basing alot of this on the games and older comics i read as a kid so, take it with a grain of salt.

Also, while Natsu wouldn't have known about the hierarchy weakness of logia. Lightning would be a huge natural weakness for Ace. Lightning can be hotter than the surface of the sun which would allow Natsu to hurt Ace.

Sigma's true form is that of a virus. Even at the end of X8 when the problem was supposedly solved The Virus still won out. Sigma himself wasn't around but a variation of the Sigma Virus had basically corrupted Lumine. I think Sigma has the edge in this aspect and he would be able to corrupt Ultron into a loyal Maverick. As far as feats of strength with their bodies? Sigma still seems stronger than anything I've seen from Ultron.

i have a few questions about ace vs natsu that have not been answered. Does natsu only ever eat fire created by magic in the anime and manga because if not i don't think he could eat ace necessarily since devil fruits don't seem to classify as "magic"? Does the fire natsu consume instantly get converted to magic as it enters his mouth or not? this would give ace the option of becoming human again in his mouth potentially exploding his head.

Natsu can eat any fire magic or not except the one time with God slaying fire magic. Other than that once consumed it instantly turns to mana for him to use.

To clarify, Megaman wasn't the one who rebooted the Archie Sonic canon, the reboot just happens during a crossover with Megaman. Both Sonic and Megaman's words where rewritten by Eggman and Wily before being returned to normal. Megaman restored his world no problem, but Eggman interfered when Sonic tried to fix his so it resulted in the Sonic canon being rebooted. Side note this wasn't because the comic got too complicated or cluttered, it was because of a lawsuit filed by the comic's previous writer.

"Why can't the avengers take care of it?" Oh, there's many reasons for that: 1. The Avengers tend to deal with evil alien invasions, genocidal robots and evil secret organisations that seek world domination. Crime lords are pretty low on the priority lists. 2. It's probably best that we don't have a bunch of building-busters try to take down minor criminal organisations. The Defenders, on the other hand, are not as destructive and much more readily available. 3. Have you not seen Civil War? The Avengers are so split that they can't effectively take care of anything.

This is probably one of the weirdest things with Marvel a lot of heroes are New York based which makes things weird when you question why other heroes aren't involved. sigma would win hands down. Ultron can be the ultimate being for hacking, but sigma is practically the ultimate being for viruses. hacking requires somebody to control it while viruses are not controllable. The virus that sigma spreads practically controls them to go chaotic and in time, slowly becomes sigma themselves. So Ultron and his robot armies would just become sigma.

An error. They mentioned Mega Man rebooted the Sonic Universe? That isn't the case. What actually happened was that Wily and Eggman tried to rewrite the universe and Sonic and Mega Man restored them using Chaos Control. Only problem is Sonic's went wrong due to Eggman interfering.

Sigma vs Ultron boils down to this: Can Ultron erase an extremely advanced virus capable of infecting any kind of machine? Mega Man X 3 states through dialog that Sigma's true form is that of a virus, so his body is a host modeled after his original form. If Ultron can delete Sigma's true form, he wins. Otherwise, he is just another host for Sigma.

Sigma vs Ultron. Sigma can hack sentient AI in the reploids. Ultron hacks a bunch of robots.... Sigma is a reploid which is more than a robot. so in short, Ultron can hack a bunch of terminators, Sigma hacks a bunch of ultrons.

Cast of Death Battle takes place in an alternate universe where we don't have numbers in our years. Ultron wouldn't be able to hack Sigma, because Sigma isn't home anymore. The original Sigma was overwritten by a virus whose entire thing is corrupting powerful reploids. Unless Ultron has a defense against software that shouldn't even exist in the Marvel universe because of the relative rarity of free-willed artificial intelligence, *he's* the one getting hacked.

Sigma also has the Sigma Virus, the comics version of Sigma is pretty BA but would Zero from battlenetwork be better though? for data beings in that series can also get into the real world and zero's virus is WAY stronger then Sigma's
