As someone who’s seen most of the Scooby-Doo media out there, this is probably one of the best fan projects I’ve ever seen to come out of this franchise. They got the atmosphere and writing down flawless and feels like it jumped straight out of the original Where Are You series. The added bonus of it being animated in the Rankin-Bass stop motion style is just icing on the cake, it also pulls the look off flawlessly and genuinely feels like it could’ve jumped right out of the early 70s. I can’t even tell if it’s actual Stop-Motion or CGI so if that isn’t high praise I don’t know what is. I didn’t mind the AI voices of Fred, Daphne, and Velma all too much because I can understand why that was done. Then there’s the fact that this is a FNAF crossover and if I had to nitpick anything, I would say that the fact that SpringTrap is the monster of the week doesn’t really amount to anything interesting because this short doesn’t explore a lot of interesting thing within the FNAF canon in the short 11 minute runtime. Maybe if it were 22 minutes long like a classic Scooby-Doo episode, it could do more with the FNAF elements, but I’m just nitpicking because animation is very taxing. So yeah, I adored this more than most modern official Scooby-Doo media and it’s beyond faithful to the original Hanna-Barbara tone of Scooby-Doo and the style of Rankin-Bass all at once. @@TheManinBlack9054 huhh?? I think you're talking about security breach because the older games are DEFINITELY not kid friendly. The main antagonist (Purple Guy/William Afton) kills dozens of children and stuffs them into robot animal suits, and then he accidentally kills himself in a springlock suit (which makes your blood drown your voice out out your body as mechanical parts replace your actual organs, so you can't scream for help.) There's also other deaths such as Elizabeth (Afton's daughter) being shoved inside her favorite robot's stomach(said robot was meant to kill kids, which Elizabeth didn't know) and Elizabeth teaming up with 3 other robots to try to kill Afton, but they ended up killing her older brother Michael and didn't realize it. Also, Michael accidentally killed his younger brother (The crying child from FNaF 4) by shoving his head into his favorite animatronic's jaws, which was supposed to be a prank but the robot bit C.C's frontal lobe off. TLDR: There's tons of bloody and gruesome deaths in the FNaF franchise in general, and that's why it's rated 12+

The AI voice isn't even Grey's and she even admitted it wasn't (but continued her tantrums), it's actually Daphne's first VA's voice. What's more, she literally stole artwork to be used for her promoting her own products whilst mad at this creator for not even using her own voice for a project that's non-profit. Aka, she's a major hypocrite, an _Actual_ thief (illegally), and a bully. A fan animation giving FREE, undeserved credit to Grey, and she acts like such a petty, narcissistic brat. Your incredible attention to detail, the Rankin Bass animation style, the voicing, the slow moving cheesy 70s-era cartoon gags. Everything was incredible. You should be incredibly proud of this work. Easily earned the sub.

I mean, 3/5ths of the main cast are AI, how is that good voice direction? It's cheap and taking jobs away from people. I mean, the video got 300Kish views in 1 day, how can you not afford any voice actors?
@shampwho2271 Жыл бұрын
@@Kosher3864 have you not seen the view counts on this dudes other videos? 10-12k max. I think the use of resources here was incredible for what it was seeing as this is a relatively small channel. Sorry you weren't as impressed as me I guess lol. AI isn't some omnipotent big bad all the time. Additionally, this project is literally not monetized. It's not like some 5 extra voice actors aren't feeding their children because this video exists. It isn't their IPs, or their music or their anything but animation work. The editing was fun and unique, it mimics an animation style that is otherwise completely dead, the music and timing were all on spot.

This is, without exaggeration, probably the best fan production I’ve ever seen. The animation, script, and sound design felt as though this could have been a genuine “live action special” (read stop motion) on CBS. Awesome work!

This is absolutely amazing. You remained as faithful as possible to the source material while also adding your own flavor. There isn't any blood or gore, no edginess or subversive horror, and there's no swearing, either. It just feels like a good old-fashioned Scooby-Doo episode from the 60s. Even the voices of the main characters have been authentically replicated and sound exactly like the Scooby Gang from the actual show. Whether they are cloned AI voices or they are actual impressions is hard to say, but they're authentic nonetheless. This is so faithful that it feels like a lost special Scooby-Doo episode from the 60s. If you told me that this is a long-lost episode of Scooby-Doo, I probably would have believed you. This is literally the best Scooby-Doo & FNAF fan media I have ever seen. I am blown away, this is truly a beautiful work of art. Scott Cawthon needs to see this. ❤️

Near the end of the credits, it shows its a mixture of AI voices and real actors. There's some voices so iconic I don't think anyone could have replicated them.
