All created by uneducated trainers and gym owners just to make money and sell powders. FOR EXAMPLE:- A healthy diet should always contain atleast 50-60% carbs. And what nonsense is this calorie calculations. A full bowl fruit salad and a single paket maggie have almost same calorie count. So does that make maggie as healthy as a fruit salad. Ofcourse not. We should see the macro as well as micro nutrients the food is giving. Calorie is just a measuring unit of glycogen in our cells.

A 60-70kg, 5'5"-5'7" adults BMR would be around 1400-1500 calories and TDEE with 3 times HIIT a week would be around 1800-2000, so if you want to lose 1lb per week you should cut back 500 calories, means your calorie intake should be 1400-1600/day! And if you want to go slow reduce the calorie intake accordingly or exercise more!

as a guy who has lost some weight and gotten more fit and strong. i have some simple tips for anyone who is also trying to loose weight. dont starve yourself, have a good breakfast,lunch and dinner which is fulfilling so you dont snack as much, each stuff like carrots or cucumbers frequently with ur meals cuz theyll make u full and are very very low in calorie, only eat snacks in evenings and give up biscuits for the first month or so, cuz after you make the drastic jump, its easier to maintain. dont make it tough aftera month or so cuz then it wont stick on, make it a lifestyl choice you can follow. going to the gym especially lifting weights helps with stress. and try to eat mostly at home untill u make a significant jump that happends in the first few months. and a very imp thing to remember, cheat days dont exist, cheat snacks exist, if u ate smth tooo muvh then compensate with ur next meal. dont cut out a significant amount of ur carbs cuz then u will feel exhautsed, carbs too are imp. switch from white bread to brown bread, taste doesnt change but it sure is better

They eat a proper meal like Rice with gravy or with dal which varies the glycemic index of that total meal. Brown rice are not healthier than white rice in fact they are more toxic. Brown rice doesn't have "bohot kam carbs so jam k khao" lol It has quite a lot carbs but just has more fiber and protein than white rice. The problem is that when you have a high sugar intake, it kind of mask off the leptin(a hormone which tells us we are filled up) and increases Grehlin(the hunger hormone), so you will feel hungry and continue eating food even if our stomach is full which is the main reason for fat buildup, that's why people become fat, if real life worked according to your statement we wouldn't have fatty people walking around.

A person on diet should avoid looking at food, in the initial stage say one month, and should keep cucumbers in tiffin boxes to fill his/ her stomach as hunger suppressor....I personally was in diet in 2011, I lost 21 kgs in 3 months, and those who laughed at me in the beginning, soon started to take advise from me......one golden advice eat lot of cucumber and tomato, it will fill your stomach and keep you hydrated...

Well mr rahul imagine me jab main weight was 115 kgs and hair like Mangal Pandey SUMO he lagta tha and about Diet jab batayi mere bhi mann main aaya yeh meal ke baad khaa lu ya meal ka bad kha lu and weight sach main exercise se he jaata hai diet se bus body ka water level chala jata hai aur kai bar muscle level bhi but yeh galat hai ghatana FAT LEVEL hai toh exercise is the only option aur phir maine chhora 1 kg biryani khaana 10 ya 12 gulab jamun khaana 3 ya 5 chicken roll sab choora diet se bura kuch nahi

sorry to say but brown rice main carbs kan nehi hote as compared to white rice but ha brown it's a source of complex carbs it's slow digesting carbs jo jaldi digest nehi hote or log time tak hamare body ko energy provided kar te hain is liye ow fat kam jada energy main chale jate hain

We NEED carbs for work. That's why no-carb diets like keto should be used only after consulting a doctor, or a physician and they're especially not good for teens and people who work a lot. To stay fit, eat the right stuff and exercise. Indulge when you feel like it. Just balance it out. And I can't believe that during the lockdown, when daily wage workers are suffering and people are having crises of food and nutrition, you're marketing an expensive, tbh useless product that makes people shun their bodies and guilty about normal RICE. The nerve!

Actually white rice is more processed, a lot of the nutrition is removed. Brown rice is raw and therefore healthier. It's the same as white bread vs brown bread. Just Google search dude
