Black men and women are overwhelmingly represented in Sports. While their numbers have remained strong the rest of the black professional world has seen a dramatic decline. Should they be happy with what they have? Or build an arc and start again? The current trajectory of the black man and women is downwards. Therefore it’s safe to assume that it will only continue this trend and if we allow this to continue they will soon become extinct. It makes one pause and think. The most visible profession in America is filled wjth Black men and women. Is this just because people like sports? Or is it because it’s shoved down our throats? “The black man is doing great!” We think to ourselves. He’s rich as fuck. Right? I’m not so sure about that. He’s famous and people know him! Right? That’s unclear as well. Well, they are clearly better athletes than anybody else right? So that’s why they are on TV right?? Steph curry showed everybody that athleticism isn’t the most important thing at all. How did the player make his way from a foreign location all the way to a college in the USA? And in some instances the pros? Trainers, agents, connections, pipelines have all been arranged and somebody has to pay for that. Without the pipeline the player would not be there. Therefore they owe somebody big time. This isn’t a charity this is an imperialism.
