@sawsy38633 жыл бұрын
@@Th3Don he skipped his senior year of highschool, so he has to play in the g league for 2 year before he's eligible to be in the draft bc of age requirements.

@@Th3Don Jalen green played better comp. nobody takes that into context. Man was going up against Jordan Poole, Gary Payton, kpj, alize Johnson, Nico, etc. This is not to take away from scoot who’s going top 3 next year but yeah let’s not do that
@raymondakhuetie74083 жыл бұрын
@Jay hypothetically he would yeah but that depends on the way the team that drafts him is constructed.
@Jay-dl5sg3 жыл бұрын
@@raymondakhuetie7408 we don’t know what teams will stink when the 2023 class comes but if we’re taking things into context take into account. He’s 17 right now playing at a high level regardless of who’s in the g league THEYRE ALL PROS and he’s a high school senior. He’s putting up really really good numbers and will have an off-season to review film and improve upon what he has to then has ANOTHER season to play in this same league and who knows if the competition is better whether it is or not he gets yet another year to improve. Then has ANOTHER offseason preparing for the draft at the age of 19. Now he’s in the NBA hopefully and bro 2 years of pro experience in a league that is literally right under the nba I don’t want to hear about fit when he has 2 years to hone in on pro skills. Athletic with skill in a 6’4 195 lb frame he’s not the perfect prospect but the only downfall I see with him is him turning into a guy who hits his peak way too early.

The kid is legit. Sometimes you watch someone and you just think holy crap. Yeah, he's like that. I like to look at transferrable skills to college and then the NBA. Decision making, mid-range, defense, one man fast break. Young D-Rose with a mid-range. Nuts...He's really polished and his game needs to be at the pro level. The college game/high school game is too narrow, spacing is tighter. You really see Henderson shine with spacing.

Best 17 year-old PG prospect coming out of highschool since D.Rose. Many scouts felt Rose had the physical tools, size and poise to play pro and make an impact and Scoot is doing that right now. Scoot Henderson is awesome. Great change of pace, nice jumper, solid handles, and a good basketball iq to move the ball. He's more mature than Emoni. Bates will be good but the hype has caught up with him. Bates is 6'9 but has a - wingspan at 6'7 inches long. He's rail thing gets bumped off his position, struggles to break defenders off the dribble and is an average athlete by NBA standards. As a sophomore in HS we thought and including me that he was going to be the second coming off KD but he's not.
