I dont understand why do such an odd length of track. You cant use the common conversion formulas to work out what the bikes would do in quarter mile, as you can with eighth mile and sixteenth etc. The conversion is when length doubles, the time is X1.55, so 150m in 5.5 sec equates to 300m in 7.75sec, provided it is still accelerating by end of the 300m. But what would the quarter miles be?

big producers are phasing out 2 strokes from their retinue of bikes being produces since they are god awful for the environment. if i could have a cr 500 id love one but honda doesn't produce them anymore. i love all mechanical things. you can't wildly say that its the youngsters who dont like 2 strokes

2strokes are for sure the fastest when compared by displacement, but possible displacement is limited. They work that good only up to 125cc per cylinder.
