Pierre Truong The synth roland jp-8000 that is showing in the video is not analog it's digital. I don't know which synths they used to make this tracks but I will guess that one and some other ones. Trance/dance/techno from the late 90's early 00's used digital hardware synth like the jp:8000 and access virus among others especially for supersaw sounds.They are all digital. .

For me the JP-8000 and the breakbeat make the 90's sounds so good.

it's so strange... i remember hereing this particular mix of this song a lot back in the old days of youtube when you'd see people just post slideshows of their favourite deviantart images along with random song, i heard my mom playing the original song this was remixed from and it reminded me of ths... the thing is i didn't even think they would be the same song with this being a remix, just typed in the lyrics from the beginning on a whim and here i am now

I think we had the greatest time growing up in the 90's early 00's. Sitting all day beside the radio to record the song you wanted. Those were really the times... too bad we can't go back in time.
