If you don't join in some good lab for computational chemistry your life will be hell. I can assure you of this. Before you join any lab ask the seniors or the MSc students working in that lab that how does working in that lab feel like. For eg - Pratim Kumar Chattaraj is a reputed computational chemist. But go and ask his students how are they enjoying lab life. 😅😊😭. Sad story. So be sure that if you like, if you truly love mathematical equations then go for computational else if you are for only using Gaussian or Gromacs and don't have much theoretical knowledge you are doomed.
