active wheel speed sensor off of a Chrysler 200. Both scopes performed well but the convenience of Hscope and the logging capability make it sweet. Thanks for watching! #automotive #oscilloscope #diy

Jake thanks for sharing. Still on hold waiting for Martin to get his lates Hscope 512 in stock. Wish he had them but I’ll keep checking. Very nice signal. Artie 👍

Good captures for sure. I love the H scope record feature. Gives you plenty of time to go back and review the Data and look for glitches and or anomalies that might otherwise be hard to find. Although the U scope is great to have, 2 channels are always better than 1 considering the price range of each scope. I have the 502 which is very capable for its size and price. Thanks for posting Eric! Appreciate your videos!

Thank you as always! Yes, that logging feature is awesome. The uscope it's just the one screen. I thought out of anything, wheel speed sensors would be where the 512 was limited compared to the 502 but was happy with what I saw. Canbus, I imagine the 512 suffer, but so far not a real difference. Did you ever scope a passive wheel speed sensor with the 502 ? That's where the uscope picks up some but not all .

@@Backalleydiagnostics At this time I have not scoped any speed sensors. I've mostly done injectors, crank, cam, and some CAN, SCP ( Ford two wire communication) , and some ISO 9141 1 wire communication. I've scoped some pwm on servo motors and simple things like Throttle position sensors, relative compression and ignition trigger signals. I admit I don't use my scope that much but it's good to know it's there. Thanks for the reply!
