Took so much pleasure to sing it. Gives you the shiver whilst singing

I sang this my senior year of high school. It was a challenge to sing a part I don’t usually sing, but I often find this piece stuck in my head at random moments throughout the day

I Love this piece. Singing the soprano gives so much joy. And it‘s a little sugary, still love it.

Love singing the bass part, and the French gives many opportunities to really make the words "sing"

The genius of Faure beautifully presented. Thamk you. May his magnificent works never be forgotten

yes, never forgotten but also performed. I vividly remember singing this piece, I'm a bass... it sticks with me. it's part of who I am. I remember everyone else involved. I'm part of them too, and they're part of me. more people should be part of this.

Merci Me FAURÉ....

One of the most beautiful songs ever sung about God’s creation. Andrea Bocelli and the singing friar do it justice. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

RIP convalescent royal navy band, Lancashire colors, King Edward's own, your turmoil losses and tragedy of 1903, and your triumph of 1965 a final tribute farewell and full complement Shelburne Industries singing back to you. In smart white and bowties. Buntings and high risers. Thank you St. Bruno.

Is it weird that I first heard this song in the movie _Babe_ ? (It’s the scene where Hoggett is watching two ladies singing on the TV, when suddenly the power goes out.)

Same! I first heard it as a kid and was strangely elated when I found out what the song is actually called a couple of years later.
