Good question. I think you just don't, and if they pull that off, they can have that goal. These kinds of high risk high reward plays work in casual, in ranked you'd just lose more games than you win with these antics, since your net is just wide open if you miss or they save it. Both players out of boost, falling down in front of the net with the ball spilling into mid is 100% a goal for your opponents anywhere up from C2/3.
