A coach can only talk about it so much but for kids to actually see it it gives me chills and I miss having that bond. Definitely lift, trainer, summer league, work on your diet, and REPETITION. You're not lifting to gain major muscle mass, your lifting to get stronger. Watch what all the NBA players do (nutrition, lifting, and repetition). If you're doing something that doesn't feel comfortable on the court (be it shooting off the dribble, tear drop, fade away jumper, etc.) do it over and over until it becomes second nature. When you tirelessly work on your weakness, you shouldn't have any when all is said and done. This takes years of work.🤔
