Thank you, yes I’m in a negative work environment and it’s coming from my manager, I was offered a new position which my Supervisor approved and my manager of the company went to Labor relations to complain and the new position was taken from me.

Appeal against the decision. If you back down your Manager will make your life a misery. If that fails (and you are unhappy at work) look elsewhere for a job and instead of working your notice period, get your GP to sign you off sick until your notice period is at an end so you don’t have to go back. Sadly that’s the only way to treat horrible Managers. Good luck.
