Wow, at 17-19 minutes resonated with me. I'm an Assistant Chief currently and my Chief doesn't know how to do anything at ALL. If I take off, it's the end of the world because they can't handle the work, lol. This makes them look bad as they don't take accountability. Honestly, Idk how they received there role, I'm a genius compared to them honestly. I'm just to the point I'm shaking my head in disbelief on allot of things. I have changed the program around in 3-4 months while fixing ALLOT of things that were wrong. Plus, I was learning new things at the same time and implementing and building the program.
