Thank you. I had brain surgery earlier this year and the hardware in my skull has stolen all potential for peace. I’m taking gotu kola and passionflower daily, my nervous system is completely rewiring itself and the work is exhausting and seemingly pointless. It's been a while since I've watched one of your videos, but I felt drawn to watch this one, and it certainly was good. My life since my sideways trip to India back in July where I got stuck in Germany has been sideways. I feel like I have never recovered physically from that journey, and have been perpetually running on empty. Never mind my mental and emotional state, which has looked well on the outside, but inside I just feel like giving up in a way. Not like on life, but all of these different spiritual practices I've been doing. I know it's just because I'm tired, which allows more outer physically/spiritual aspects to have a type of influence on my psyche. I have been giving bare minimum effort into my practices, with work getting the majority of my energy, which I do enjoy, but I do need some nice peace and quiet for about a week, or two, and just reset. Yeah, my nervous system is pretty on edge, and is in part due to my environment. I have felt that "need" to get my PC and tech out of my room, but because of my living situation that is challenging. However, my PC usually stays on 24/7, because I use it for work, as well is whisper quiet, and is hardwired with ethernet instead of wifi, but here lately I have been turning it off at night. I can certainly tell a difference with it off, especially since I have become more aware of the high pitched signals of the electronics. My mouse is the worst, and if I lift the mouse up, it emits this high pitch frequency, so I make sure to turn that off at night too. My monitors as well emit a similar frequency when on, so I put some frequency absorbing material behind it, which helps to keep the frequencies from bouncing around so much. Great read, thanks you!
