No it doesn't lol, Scorpion... Possibly, if you wanted a end style character to really add some cool points fine... But he was more so wasted. And Raiden was nothing more then a grumpy travel agent who didn't even defend his fighters which in the first mortal kombat film (1995) it was forbidden to attack champions before the tournament... So Shang broke the rules and Raiden still cowards behind a force field powered by his staff which was weak by the way... You are the God of Thunder who has decades and decades of training and magical abilities, you mean to tell me all you are is a Duracell battary to your staff which shouldn't be that easy to break by the way, had A serious case of "I'm the ex girlfriend who hate eyes you constantly with LED strips" ... And occasionally uses spirit fingers to send out Taser weak attacks. Raiden was deeply disrespected in the film.

I'm sick and tired of hearing/reading that Batman can beat Scorpion. Yes, I can see characters like comic Thanos or Ghostrider taking him out. But, levels like Cpt. America, Spider-man, Iron-man,...You get the idea. Scorpion is immortal, fights to kill, has no remorse in doing so. Scorpion can teleport instantaneously, command hell-fire. He is super human strong, fast, relfexes, and he is IMMORTAL. Scorpion Hell-ruler from the third movie is a good idea of what he is.

Scorpion literally cannot die....Even if his physical form perishes he survives as Spectre. Spawn has martial arts training,powers,firearms and near immortality but once his powers are depleted he is dead meat. Ghost Rider may have hell powers but he still has mortal vessel and he has no training. He will be dead before he knows it. In the end all 3 are great characters but Scorpion is obviously the most powerful
