Gotta try 128.12 Where Dwell the Brave at Heart -- Absolutely the most unique SMWS whisky I have ever had....You will instantly know if it is great or drain pour. Personally one of my favorites that I have gotten from the society. Best reaction whisky ever to share with whisky drinkers.

The 750 vs 700 argument reminds me when I was a kid.. You could buy a quart or a fifth.. The quart was replaced by the liter and fifth by the 700ml. Acting like this is the EU's fault is silly... In Asia...you get 700ml.. In South America too.. Get over it. Not the size of the bottle.. It is the price...the juice inside and can you find it... I think $80us is crazy for that. I was thinking $40us would be fair... Wales is an interesting place with its own language even though it is on the same island as England.. Cool bottles are usually just $20-40 more bucks than something simple.. I would sure try it.. Not a chance I would buy it... I am still buying LITERS of Billy Walker era Glendronach...for $58us no added tax.. I was not allowed to go to my prom at Rockhurst...I was a bad boy...I would of probably taken a working girl of African decent off of Troost had I been allowed. Cheers from the jungle...

It's about time I left a comment about this one boys and I think you will agree. I'm our distillery's firmest critic but I liked this one. The packaging is good (very good), blah, blah. The juice was what I've been looking for. The Icons of Wales deserve to be presented at 46%. Penderyn get a free ride because every visitor attraction in Wales sells it. This should be part of the core range. First things first - Rhiannon is the most beautiful name in the world. It evokes the eternal time of Wales and its land and people. Epic marketing because we all want to know a woman like 'Rhiannon'. 700 ml sucks and that's a f....ng EU piece of shit which bought it down from 750 ml. We've left the EU but you can bet your ass that they won't drop the price or enlarge the bottle. I enjoyed this one as well. Cheers fellas. WT

Doesn’t Penderyn have a different type of still, but I guess it still comes under the afore mentioned EU classification of what can be called single malt whisky. What is your opinion of he new Welsh single malt Aber Falls, which is on most supermarket shelves?
