Nothing better than a good AirBnB when you feel the need for some space 😊 We find cemeteries interesting to explore. No harm in it. Glad you enjoyed your break ❤

Thanks. It was certainly different going back to the same spot each night but, being able to stand up was a HUGE bonus 🙂🐕🚙

I also visit cemetaries whereever I go. You have the best company that never interupts you and always left alone. I find reading the names and places on headstones gives a sense of place and understanding. Many places to the north and west give the ladies maiden name rather than married and nearly always say which home of farm they were from. You can also see which clan name is prominent.

Thanks guys, lovely scenery again, I've been to Isle of Seil many times, there used to be a wee gift hut at Clachan Bridge, but it's gone now I think 🤔, don't stop filming old cemeteries, I visit them everywhere I go, love walking through them ❤

Hi thanks for voting along with us. There is still a wee green hut at the bridge but, it wasn't open. Maybe in the summer months 🙂🐕🚙

We love a wander round an old cemetery. Peaceful, thought provoking and there’s usually a really interesting find if you look closely enough. Your air b& b looked so cosy and welcoming. Looking forward to the next leg of your travels. xx

Another lovely episode - loving the countryside colours Expensive jail attraction as you say ….. my pet hate the cost of attractions compare to Europe 😤 Cemeteries churches are all great free attractions - Jane loves reading the stones Hope you are both well

Thanks Guys. Autumn is truely beautiful. The cost is nuts £31 for both of us! We did visit an extremely old kirk in Stirling and we may check out the footage to see if there's enough to put it out. We're doing OK. Except for picking up that cold after getting back out into the general population. Like Amazion tribe we are 😁🐕🚙

I am fascinated by old cemeteries, so interesting. Seil ( pronounced seal) is lovely as is Easdale reached by a little passenger ferry from Ellenabeith on Seil. I hope you enjoyed the Laphroaig (Laff - roig) xx

When we was in Scotland I couldn’t believe how well-kept the cemeteries are
@the-other-windsors4 күн бұрын
It's funny you should say that. We always seem to time our visits to when they are mowing and striming. They are beautifully kept🙂🐕🚙

Now then, we lived by Loch Fyne for 16 years! Opposite side from Inverary. All those places are very familiar. But nearly fell off the couch when you said how much the jail now costs! Beautiful part of Scotland.

Yes, certainly is beautiful. The reflections in the water! Pleased we didn't ask at the door. Looked it up on line. We'd have been embarrassed to leave 🙂🐕🚙

I enjoy visiting cemeteries when I am in Scotland. The Celtic Cross gravestones are fascinating. I live here in Portland, Maine USA next to a graveyard dating before the American Civil War. Happy traveling. Cheers

HI Tina or Bernie are Chapel Motor homes still in Business
@the-other-windsorsКүн бұрын
Hi Steve. We checked this out recently. Think Chapel Motorhomes are going to concentrate on in house conversions going forward and there's now a company called www.microcamperaccessories.co.uk that seems to be doing the kits etc. That's all we know We're afraid. Hope that helps 🤔🐕🚙
