Yes I really enjoyed it for the short time I was there ideal for a one night stop for me coming down the M6. Definitely need a car while there or use your motorhome as there is nothing much in walking distance. Thanks for watching Bob & Jenny 👍

@@Motorhoming_Fun Sizergh Castle was worth a visit, and there is a pub in walking distance. Nice walks around the site and the river though.

@@BobEarnshawMoHo Yes I seen that on the national trust app it was close by. Yes walks were great by the river Skye loved it.I did walk to Sedgwick the evening I was there.

Kendal looks to be a good site Ian.The beautiful river is a real bonus. Was the road into the site as narrow as it looked on the footage? I've enjoyed watching your Scottish tour.Pity the weather was a bit dull but personally I'm not good at walking if it is too warm.Dogs don't like it hot. Looking forward to your trip to North Norfolk probably our favourite area for caravanning. Skye will love Brancaster Beach.My two Working Cockers love it! Burnham Overy Staithes beach is even better but a bit of a trek to get there.
