@Andrew Johnston i know what ur saying but as a celtic fan for what hes done at my club for so long he will be remembered as a legend, we have had a lot of players over the years that try and give up when it gets tough and brown has been the one to give them that boot up the arse he's not the most technical player and gets a bad reputation but hes far from a dirty player he takes more bad ones than he gives and aye he probably could've moved somewhere years ago in his youth but for what we have got out him for 4m cant be argued hes the second most decorated captain we've had since Billy McNeill and will get testimonials for years after he retires. Hes won everything in this league for us while tv money has held the whole of Scottish football behind, to compete in europe in this climate is almost impossible for a club in scotland when teams from fucking norway have a better tv deal. So i cant see a scottish team winning any European trophies but surely becoming a legend at a club and being remembered is still a great career.
