@43:50 Since you brought up Kaliningrad... Prior to 1945 it was called Koenigsberg. A historic German City populated by Germans. After WW2 the region of east Prussia was given to USSR. Millions of Germans were forced to leave their ansestral lands, never aloud to return. They and their descendants still have keys to the homes the Russians occupy today. See what i did there...Well you might say F the Germans, they started it. But it was also te Finns, Pols, Ukrainians, Belorussians, Ruthinians, Italians, Southern Slavs, Jews and so on. Millions of people were forced to move to accomodate newly redrawn borders. Not to mention what appened in 1948 in the India/Pakistan partition. Yet there doesnt seem to be a Koenigsberg Liberation Organisation, or one for Korelia, Dalmatia, Galchina, Volyn, or any other region those people were forced out of. Also for some reason i dont here about any of those Refugees. And their children and grand children did not inherit the refugee status and money that comes with it. What Im saying is perhaps whats going on in Israel isnt as you see it. Maybe Israel isnt "uniquely evil," maybe theres other interests involved. Maybe all those Palestinian organisations are not so sincere...?

5:55 Where is that in the Treaty of Versailles? Article 231 of the treaty, commonly known as the guilt clause, reads as follows: "That the Allied and Associated Governments affirm and Germany accepts the responsibility of Germany and her allies for causing all the loss and damage to which the Allied and Associated Governments and their nationals have been subjected as a consequence of the war imposed upon them by the aggression of Germany and her allies." It doesn't state anywhere that Germany bore all the responsibility of the war breaking out to begin with. It does accuse Germany of being the aggressor when their army went through neutral Belgium to attack France, and it does blame them for the damage done. John Maynard Keynes was actually the original purveyor of the myth in question. There's a great video on the subject by a KZbin channel "TIKhistory" called "No, the Treaty of Versailles did NOT lead to hyperinflation OR the Nazis."

"Germany accepts the responsibility of Germany and her allies for causing all the loss and damage..." That literally means Germany bore a unique responsibility for the war.
@satanicmuffin93097 күн бұрын
@scopeguy No, it relates to all the damage done to the entente, not to blame for the war originaly breaking out. Germany brought the war to Belgian and French towns, so they bear some responsibility for the damage caused. The document does not state that Germany is the sole guilty party for the war breaking out.

Nonsense. Russia is to blame. Don’t let your wish for a libertarian government at home you get fooled by your enemies.
@DollyRanch10 күн бұрын
Of course Russia is liable for its part in things. But as America (and several European states) have been involved in direct machinations for decades, they share the blame. Duh.
@weltubergang35610 күн бұрын
@@DollyRanch First, no. The US and Russia do not share the blame for the war that the Russians are waging against Ukraine. Second, there was not Western coup against Ukraine. NATO is not surrounding or threatening Russia. The US does not want war. Not like the Communist anyway. Third, that's not what Scott has been saying for the last 10 years. I only ever hear sentences like "it's alle the US's fault". Scott seems to be in his bubble and not searching for new information about the Communists in Russia and China, which is old information. While I share many points with hime he is wrong on some things; unfortunately on big things.
