The way tears immediately started forming when I got this notification. I haven’t been able to listen to it without crying since it released because it takes me straight to the moment of having to put my dog Bella down bc of cancer. I was right. But seeing that you had the nerve to make a video, I figure the least I could do is take a deep breath & watch it. (How DID you get thru that without losing it?!) I have lost many fur babies in my 64 years on this earth. Other than losing my parents, nothing has been any harder. My love & my prayers are always with you & Mark. This is so sweet and heartbreaking all together. I lost my sweet Peanut in December and she suffered. It's so hard to feel helpless when your sweet baby can't tell you what's wrong and all you can do is try to help them anyway you can. Bubba won't be forgotten or unloved. You can just feel the heartache when he sings 😭😭 Lost my family’s yellow lab to cancer when I was younger, hardest couple days of our lives, and then lost my black lab a few years later after he got diagnosed with bone cancer I believe it was, I remember my mom was a total wreck, he was her baby and we all miss him so much Losing a pet is tough but we all know they go to a better place with the hope that we will see them again someday

Beautiful song. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that pain too well. Honestly, it never goes away. When you are ready, the best you can do to honor him is to rescue a dog in need. I lost my Lucky last Feb. He was 12 and no one expected him to thrive or live long. He was dead upon delivery, revived and given the name Lucky. He was deaf & nearly blind. He loved feircely. He helped me survive and heal from a DV & SA assault 10 years ago. I have 2 dogs remaining but still miss my Lucky hard.
