It’s just not true, Utd had many cases where Fergie was told of players on nights out. The players knew if anything occurred that it would get back to fergie. That was also the culture back then, now players and clubs seem to be way more strict about conditioning and diet. Also everything gets put on social media nowadays so clubs don’t want any scandals or bad press

He is a great guy and united should be proud of him i certainly am. I first safe the busby babes and they were amazing but the best goal i have seen was Scott McTominay long shot against City. Watching look and then run into that open space he was the first to see that and the finish sublime. So any one who says any difference in play only need look at before the oppositions goalie looks at the ball and follow his run. magic. He runs a good distance before the crowd see him nearing the ball. Thanks a million Scott.

I'm glad how honest he is when he says all of this is a small price to pay for being a footballer, The price you pay is unbelievably small in the grand scheme of things. For normal people, Raising a fammily is a much bigger price to pay, When you have a child for normal working people, Thats 10 grand a year out of the working wages gone, No more lavish holidays, No more new car every few years, No more big treats, no more going out for meals when you feel like it, The price these pay is so small in comparison to that of normal people trying to raise a fammily, Money makes things much more easier, and thats the fact of it. We've come into a era of 'feel sorry for the celebrity with millions of pounds', Glad someone like Scott knows the facts of things.

Agree with you. McTominay will find himself at the end of his career in his 30s with millions in the bank, hopefully other assets he has invested sensibly in, and a lot of life to lead. If he can avoid serious injury he will have a fantastic life by comparison with 99.99% of his peers. I don't feel sorry for him or any other top flight footballer. The ones who get injured and find themselves in much lower leagues or out of the game in their early 20s deserve sympathy. Not the millionaire success stories

As an Arsenal fan losing Scott at United would be a huge loss for them. So grounded, intelligent and passionate. Not only this but he has won Man U so many points this season which could have painted a very different story to what they see now. The main issue is Mark Goldbridge pushing this narrative that Man U need to get rid every player that isn't Mainoo, Garnacho and Hojlund.

The guy cares about the national team and it shows, he is giving something back to his family and it shows when you see that guy. As fans we just want players that care that's all we ask and McTominay's atttitue and commitment is an shining examples to all of us for any profession that we do. But the problem is not so much him as it is that the rest of his teammates are dogshit. Sure it would be nice to have 22 players on the level of Messi. But a player like McTominay is the perfect squad player for United. He has his head on straight, does a massive impact of the bench and provide something different in terms of playstyle to the other players. But think about other squad players through the years, like Fletcher og Park. Think about if they where needed to carry the team as McTominay has been doing for times at the United, then they would have struggled as well. Another problem is also that the managers at the united keeps playing him as number 6, when he instead should play further up the pitch,

Not good enough for Man United but i bet this PR interview will get him a contract extension. Your teammate Rashford has been partying all this season and still nicking 350k a week, not bad for a footballer who parties is it?
@JacquesCoIonizer

Yea, that’s why nobody respects Rashford either as a player or a person. Tell him congratulations on the money though. And it’s “parties.” Now go learn how to write on a level higher than a 9 year old’s.

As the famous Irishman Keane said. Being a good bloke doesn’t win you the big prizes 😂. Sadly I have to say that Scott is not at the required level to help lift man Utd into a winning team. He will certainly be a good fit for Villa, West Ham, Brighton, Brentford.

When Bruno arrived, Manchester did a fantastic season and ended second place in the Premier League. Guess what, Rashford and Pogba were off for most of the season. When they got in things started to get worse and worse. I commented at that time that Rashford and Pogba should be benched for being so unstable. Bruno defended them and knowing this dude he will continue to defend Rashford and that's why l lost interest.
