Can we just appreciate how important this release is? We all thought this game was left to rot in the digital void due to a litany of legal issues. @@Gothstana must have been the "you don't get stories like that anymore", huh? Allow me to explain: if Scott Pilgrim were to come out today it would be met with controversy. People would criticize Scott Pilgrim's character early on, which would make people not want to relate to him, which in turn would make people miss one of the major points of the comic. People would do the same for Ramona, for the same reasons. Not to mention a lot of modern social issues would taint a lot of the content in the comic: there might be forced black/latino characters into it (not saying that's a bad thing, im just saying people would likely criticize the cast being mostly white and might bug the author to add more diversity, which would be either black or latino because of course it would), the gay characters wouldn't just be gay casually, they would be gay pride all day instead of the non political homosexuality in the comic, and that's not even getting into the evil boyfriends.

The original release was digital-only, like there is literally no physical release for the X360/PS3 during 2010, which means the game can be delisted anytime, which is the biggest reason why the re-released is such a big thing in the first place.

@@HollowRick I'd say the real blame lies with the companies that are slowly trying to get rid of physical media completely and forcing people to buy all their games digitally. Limited Run on the other hand do give you the option of being able to buy a physical copy of a game that you wouldn't otherwise be able to get. As for the resellers, they will always be around as long as people are stupid enough to pay their prices.
