It already seemed fantastic after just a year or two of development... and now after working on it for 5 more years, the game is probably so big that even professional game players will have a hard time fitting the whole game in their heads. It's probably going to have a mind-blowing amount of detail. The latest info suggests it's like 3 times as big as Hollow Knight, and still growing.

I still find it astounding that they decided to make a sequel, as opposed to a DLC - It's got more enemies than Hollow Knight, it's got all new areas, bosses, NPCs, I assume it's taking place after Hollow Knight since Hornet looks the same, and is seemingly captured (Plus they said sequel, not prequel), so I'm extremely excited to see what comes next. This was my game of 2017, and had I been able to re-nominate it in 2018 due to it's Switch release, I would have. The work Team Cherry does puts so many Triple A developers to shame with how they've handled DLC, pricing and now this.
