scott vs nega scott (roughanimator unfortunately unfinished for now details in description)

as much as it pains me to say this is gonna have to be unfinished because I need to get my phone fixed cuz my screen is unresponsive im using my stylus to navigate idk if people still fix galaxy note 9s anymore but I might have to replace my phone after 3 or 4 years so yeah I hate having to post things i hype up only to be unfinished but I have no choice cuz idk if I can transfer data from roughanimator to another phone anyways til then imma just be practicing on Adobe animate.
