Indeed he did. The 1st 16 pages of Sting's memoirs, "Broken Music", is a description of said experience, including the insights he gained from his subconscious mind about HIS tortured relationship with HIS father. Hence my urging Weiland to do the same...

Scott needs to go to Peru and take Ayahuasca under the close guidance of seasoned Shamans down there in order to kick any/all addictions...whether to drugs, fame, or memories of an abusive father/upbringing. The Shamans heal addicts all the time, assuming the addicts go with the intention of truly wanting to be healed.
