True story: Just a couple of months after I became a Christian back in '93, my friend asked me to go with him to Berean Christian Book store. I agrred to go as I wanted to buy the Whitecross Hammer and Nail CD. While we were there, my friend sees one of his friends so we talk to him for a couple minutes and continue to browse. Shortly after that a tall man with long hair wearing a jacket with a Whitecross patch comes into the store with his wife and kids. My friends friend was talking to the man, so we go over and we were introduced to the tall man and his wife and kids. The man and his family leave. My friend is freaking out saying, "I can't believe that!" I asked him what's up. He said, "Do you know who that was?" I said no. He said, "That was the lead singer for Whitecross!" Like I said, I was a new Christian and loved the music, but never saw a picture of him. I only heard the songs through my friend. I thought it was so cool to meet Scott Wenzel himself. Really nice guy.
